Description of the activity

The 4th transnational mobility of our project was led by ZESPÓŁ SZKÓŁ NR 1 - Poland, the participants of which were students and teachers from the schools of the partner country, students and teachers of ZESPÓŁ SZKÓŁ NR 1 high school who were selected for the project, and students who were willing to participate indirectly in this activity, the content of which consisted of activities aimed at developing "interpersonal conflict resolution skills", including effective problem solving methods at school, As a methodology, it is a 5-day evaluation activity in which various methods such as plenary presentations, interactive activities, free and facilitated discussions, Drama/Role Play/Simulation activities carried out by students, games, filling out the evaluation questionnaire and feedback activities are used.

It is planned to train other teachers in the partner schools, other students who will be selected for this project and who will become Peer Mediators to lead students, in the same content of activities on the return of this activity, where they will learn how to actively and effectively use Peer Mediation in a school through training in the development of interpersonal conflict resolution skills and experience of good practices. This will better ensure the integration of the in-school training program; teachers and students will be able to develop their mediation competencies more effectively, experience the Peer Mediation Program and new methodologies, and gain the competence to use them in their own schools.
