Description of the activity

Prepared and realized as part of this ERASMUS+ project, the main theme of which is understanding the concepts of mediation and the nature of interpersonal conflicts, which will be presented to students by experts led by Krasimira DAMYANOVA,

- The content includes topics such as understanding the concepts of mediation and the nature of interpersonal disputes, as well as the basic concepts of mediation, causes of interpersonal disputes, ways of resolution and principles of resolution

- As a methodology, various teaching methods such as lectures, seminars, PPT presentations, interactive activities, drama, role play, and simulations are used.

- It is a 5-day training activity in which the participants are students and teachers from partner schools, students and teachers from our school who were selected for the project, as well as students who participated voluntarily. Also, during the education organized as part of the activity, Prof. Rumen Valchev gave information about the definition of mediation, ‘’Understanding Interpersonal Conflicts." The main theme of this activity was understanding the concepts of mediation and the nature of interpersonal conflicts.
It was agreed that on the return of this activity, other teachers in the partner schools and other students who were selected for this project but did not participate in the mobilizations and who will become peer mediator lead students will be trained locally with the same content. This will allow a better integration of the in-school training program, so that teachers and students will continue to develop their mediation competences more effectively. In addition, the peer mediation program and training module, which were started to be prepared by the teachers in the project in the previous mobility, were continued in this mobility.
