Our participants visited our school principal and teachers and had an informative meeting with the project team about the project and the activity program. In this meeting, the preparation of the Mediation Implementation Program and Action Plan, which we will implement in partner schools, was started, and it was decided to complete the program and action plan until the last mobility to be held in Turkey. Peer mediation training will be included in the training program within the scope of social activities in schools in order to provide the competencies of learning and teaching the mediation method to other teachers in partner schools. It is also planned to train teachers locally with the same training and content upon the return of the 1st LTT in order to successfully sustain and integrate this training program into the schools´ training program. This will ensure better integration of the in-school training program so that teachers will be able to develop their mediation competencies more effectively.
