Head of Mediation DepartmentHe was born in 1984 in Kadirli district of Osmaniye. He completed his primary education in Osmaniye Atatürk Primary School and his secondary and high school education in Adana Anatolian High School. He completed his undergraduate education in Selcuk University Faculty of Law in 2007.

He started his career in 2008 as Adana Judge Candidate. He worked as a Public Prosecutor in İzmir-Ödemiş and Siirt-Baykan, as a General Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, and as an Investigative Judge at the Ministry of Justice, General Directorate of Foreign Relations and European Union. In 2018, she graduated from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, with her thesis study "Examining the Legal Status of Third Parties Not Party to Arbitration Agreements in International Commercial Arbitration Agreements." Since January 21, 2019, he has been working as the Head of the Mediation Department of the General Directorate of Legal Affairs. He is married and has two daughters.

Our Missions

Duties of the Head of Department in accordance with Article 30 of Law No. 6325.

1- To ensure that mediation services are carried out regularly and efficiently.

2- To publish on mediation, to encourage and support scientific studies on this subject.

3- To carry out all kinds of decisions and procedures regarding the work of the Board and to cooperate with the relevant ministries, other public institutions and organizations, universities, professional organizations that qualify as public institutions, public benefit foundations and associations and voluntary natural and legal persons deemed appropriate.

4- To promote the mediation institution, to inform the public about this, to organize or support scientific organizations such as national and international congresses, symposiums and seminars.

5- To monitor mediation practices throughout the country, to keep relevant statistics and to publish them.

6- To submit to the approval of the Ministry for the decision of the application made by the institutions that will provide mediation training for this purpose, to extend the validity period of the registration in the registry, to list the training institutions that will provide mediation training and to publish them in electronic environment.

7- To keep the registry of the mediator, to decide on the registration requests, to decide on the deletion of the mediator from the registry under the first and third paragraphs of Article 21, and to announce the information about the persons in this registry electronically.

8- Keeping records of the last minutes prepared by the mediators at the end of the mediation activity and keeping a copy.

9- To make suggestions to the General Directorate by making examinations and researches on the laws and regulatory procedures within its field of duty.

10- To prepare the annual activity report and the activity plan for the following year and submit them to the Board.
